The Foundation for Contemporary Arts (FCA) sponsors two Emergency Funding programs for Artists: (1) COVID-19 Fund and (2) 2020 Emergency Grants.
For artists with proof of an artistic engagement canceled/postponed due to the pandemic.

I just attended a webinar today in which an IRS representative presented the latest news regarding the Economic Impact Payments, which is the official IRS title. In a nutshell:

Phyllis Reynolds Naylor, an award-winning novelist of over 140 books, established this Grant to support the work-in-progress of an author of children’s and young adult novels. Writers can nominate themselves or nominate fellow authors.
Submission Period: April 1, 2020 to August 1, 2020
